Stangmedia Arcade respects intellectual-property rights. Third-party games, artwork, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We review properly documented notices and may remove or restrict disputed material while a claim is evaluated.
Historical Flash archive
The classic SWF collection was recovered from the earlier Stangmedia arcade. Inclusion does not mean that Stangmedia created, owns, sponsors, or is endorsed by the original game publisher. Classic archive pages are not intentionally monetized with Google ads and are marked not to be indexed while their status is reviewed. We will promptly investigate a sufficiently identified rights-holder concern and may disable access before a dispute is resolved.
Submitting a notice
Send notices to accounts@stangmedia.com. Include: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact Stangmedia URL; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may request additional information, disable access to identified material, notify the relevant provider or account holder, and preserve records needed to resolve the report. Incomplete or inaccurate notices can delay review.
Counter-notices
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its prior location, contact information, the required statements under applicable law, and a signature. Seek independent legal advice if you are unsure of your rights.
Repeat concerns
Accounts or sources associated with repeated substantiated infringement may be restricted or removed where appropriate.
